One of our favorite places to play "up north", the Commander Bar is easy to find, but it doesn't show up in most online maps. So here's the directions from the Twin Cities: |
| Take I-94 West about 50 miles to Exit 27. Take MN-15 North toward St. Cloud. After passing through St. Cloud, merge onto US-10 West. Merge onto MN-371 near Little Falls. Follow 371 about 45 miles, through Baxter and Nisswa, until you get to Pequot Lakes. Turn right onto County Road 11 in downtown Pequot Lakes. Follow County Road 11 for about 4.5 miles until you see the entrance to Breezy Point resort. The Commander Bar is on your left one block before the resort.
